  I had an initial appointment set up with Jason's Home Improvements and this company totally dropped the ball. I cleared my schedule for the set appointment time and it was confirmed twice with the company. I sat here 15 minutes pass the appointment time, with no phone call from this company. I finally called and spoke to Jason and he acted as if I my appointment was not a priority, he made up an excuse as to why he WAS NOT coming to my home, all of this after having spoke to him last week in reference to this. I even went out and bought the recommended product he suggested. I will not refer this company to anyone, unless you want headache and wasted time.
