  I went into the office to take advantage of the advance promotion of $3,000. I inquired if the promotion decision was credit based with the agent at my arrival and was informed that it was not. However, I received a denial within three hours because it stated "my credit profile could not verified." I was shocked because the agent lied to me which contributed to my denial. Of course, it would be denied because I have a block on my credit information. The manager Lori Clark lied for her associate Theresa Holmes and tried to convince me that I should of provided more information when asking initially about credit being apart of the criteria. I had to explain why I asked in the beginning and decided to use their services once I was assured that it was not credit based. If I was told that it was credit based, I would have called and had the block lifted. I feel like I was lied to and robbed by these people. I should have just filed my taxes online since I never had any major issues in the past. At least, I would have had nobody to blame for a mistake but myself; not licensed agents bating you to get your money!
